A few things that help our editors route and answer your message faster:

  • Corrections — include the article URL and the specific claim, score, or price you believe is wrong. We check every correction against our source data before updating a review.
  • Product suggestions — a link to the product's official page is enough. We don't guarantee inclusion; every product still has to clear the same four-layer meta-review process described on our About page.
  • Brand & partnership inquiries — we're open to data-sharing and licensing conversations. We will not discuss paid placement, sponsored rankings, or score changes in exchange for any form of compensation.
SupplementLab.org is a static, editorial publication — we don't run contact forms or live chat. Email is the only channel we monitor, and it's read directly by our editors, not a support queue.
